| Comments | Syntrillium's CoolEdit is a powerful
digital sound recording, playback, and editing application. Digital sounds
can be edited, and processed using a variety of filtering effects including
reverse, silence, invert, amplify, mix, compress, delay, distortion, echo,
echo chamber, envelope, filter, flanger, noise reduction, normalize, reverb,
stretch, and many more. CoolEdit also supports a number of the most common
sound file formats, making it a useful sound file format converter as well
as a sound editor.
